Shipping policy

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to yourshipping address and will be added at checkout. We also run discounts andpromotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders processed in the US will take 5-15 business days to arrive.For international orders, it can take between 7-20 business days for yourproduct to arrive, depending on where you live.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days andthen the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping timesare dependent on where you live in the world. 

We provide freeworldwide shipping for all orders above $100! Any orderbelow this amount will be charged a flat rate of $9.99.

If a product was received damaged please follow this instructions: 

Returns within the US must be sent within 14 days upon arrival andin original purchase condition - unworn, in original packagingReturns outside the US must be sent within 14 days upon arrival and in originalpurchase condition.We won’t refund your original or return postage costsPlease be aware to send a photo of the damage within 24 hours after delivery tosupport@heartly-home.com otherwise we can't accept the refund. Email us at: support@heartly-home.com so we can get started on thereturn or exchange process.

As long as your product has not been submitted forfulfillment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. 

We often submit items for fulfillment within afew hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, themore likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our returnpolicy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
